Halloween countdown craft

I saw this cute countdown chain idea on this blog I read and decided it would be fun for the kids to do. I helped JT with his cutting (obviously). He told me what he wanted his to look like. He is very funny using a glue stick. He would put the glue on the piece and then would not touch the pieces cause they were sticky.

It scares me how perfect he has to have everything sometimes.. But when it doesn't scare me, it makes me so proud cause I totally like things to be put together properly and can't stand the stickiness of the glue either.

K's pumpkin made me laugh a little but. It has a mustache and a beard.

They didn't want the pumpkin to have legs (pumpkins don't have legs silly mommy). Funny cause I didn't think they had arms either (or beards and mustaches, lol). But who am I to argue 7 and 2 year olds logic.
